Return Policy

Items bought on will gladly be accepted for a refund within 14 days of the delivery date. All merchandise must be received back in its original form and packaging. All tags must be attached when returned.  Clothing must not be worn, altered, damaged, free of any stains, odors, pet hairs, or distinct smells including deodorant and perfume. Returned items will be inspected to determine refund eligibility. If the item meets all return requirements, refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment type, excluding shipping and handling costs. 

Exceptions/Non-Refundable Items

Please note that items returned after the relevant return period will not be accepted. In addition, all Sale/Clearance items, Intimates (i.e. Fajas/Body Shapers) and Bodysuits are a Final Sale. Due to the sensitive nature of those items there are strictly no returns. These items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. If such items are returned, a shipping fee will be charged at your expense and the items will be returned to your default delivery address. 

Damaged or Defective Items

In the event your item is damaged or defected [we're deeply sorry!] Please contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery and we will gladly process a return or exchange. 

Used a coupon code? No problem! We will accept returns using coupon codes unless otherwise stated. Note the item must be unwashed, unworn, and free of any stains or odors. 

Wish to process a Return? Simply send us an email at for instructions on how to proceed and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or missing a completed return form will not be accepted. You will receive a response to your inquiry within 1-2 business days.
