BEAUTIFULLY REVEALED. EASILY EMBRACED.
We know what it’s like to look at yourself in the mirror and want something more. You’ve waited long enough to feel confident! Unfortunately, with surgical procedures, the limited options of garments available still leave you wanting to hide your beauty rather than flaunt it.
No one wants to leave their house feeling average at best. Most post-surgical apparel brands offer comfort at the expense of style, resulting in dull clothing designs. That's Why We Exist. LURI introduces fashion to transition apparel. We've created sleek and sexy designs without compromising comfort and quality.

My initial spark for what would later become Luri began after hitting the reset button on self-love after divorce. Here I was a new divorcee with two beautiful babies and a successful career yet something was missing… ME! Some cut their hair, others take a solo vacation but for me… it was a journey to rediscover and rebuild a better version of myself that I could recognize and love again.
Along that path, I decided to push past my fears and secured a cosmetic surgery date to reduce my breast size after decades of dealing with back pain. With such excitement about my upcoming procedure all I could do was envision what I would look like afterwards. I immediately started shopping for post-surgical garments that provided the necessary compression needed but could also be fashionably discreet. I relentlessly searched every avenue but to my surprise I couldn’t find anything.
Fast-forward to Jan 2021 when my love for fashion and passion for helping others would collide. What started out as a casual day of two friends hanging out led to an exchange of ideas, a lightbulb moment and a pinky promise. Within months, those ideas took shape, a business partnership was formed and that promise was actualized in what we affectionately now call LURI. With over 15+ years of combined health, retail and B2B experience in launching new products to the market, I now get to leverage those skill sets in the day-to-day running of our own brand.
Meet Gish Warren
As far back as I can recall, I’ve always had an affinity for fashion. As a kid when asked “What do you want to be when you grow up” I literally would say “I wanna get dressed up and carry a briefcase”. No doubt that was inspired by watching my mom (the ultimate fashionista) get dressed up for her corporate job. Needless to say I’ve followed in her footsteps in more ways than one.
I’ve generally been a confident individual, but can intimately relate to the experience and journey towards self-acceptance and love of one's own body. As a curvy woman, I haven’t allowed my style to be confined based on my dress size. Rather my fashion sense has been driven by how a garment makes me feel while wearing it. I firmly believe that true style is defined by one’s own confidence.
While it may not come as a surprise to some that I’d one day start an apparel brand of my own, this creative leap into business was sparked by a conversation between girlfriends and the realization that after nearly 20 years of working in a corporate capacity… It was time to bet on myself! Today I get to leverage both my talents in managing business operations and creative abilities through LURI and the best part is… I get to do it with my friend.
